Description: A lovely little artificial reef very close to our dive center. On a sandy slope, starting at 18m, a bunch of truck tires have been tied together to create this reef. Expect to see ghost pipefish, banded pipefish nudibranchs, and in the shallows, seahorses and the cute little “Shaun the sheep” nudibranch (costasiella species) grazing on its sea leaf. Note that the shallows of this dive site are also quite interesting with the presence of thorny and common sea horse, mimic octopus, frogfish, sea moths and more!
Tip: Nitrox is recommended for the artificial reef to extend your bottom time.
