Wake up, walk across to the dive centre and be in the water minutes later. Your room, our restaurant and the dive team are all in one place, about 50 metres from Dauin’s main marine sanctuary.
Choose from six room types to suit your trip and budget: a bed in our four-bed fan dorm, fan single and double rooms with shared bathrooms, a Budget Aircon room with its own bathroom, or our Deluxe Double and Deluxe Twin rooms with air-conditioning, a private bathroom and space for an extra bed.

A short film about life at Bongo Bongo: the diving, some of our rooms, the coffee roasting and the kitchen. Press play and see where you’ll be staying.
Share stories, photos and tomorrow's dive plans with fellow divers, and say hello to our resort dogs.
Your room is at the dive centre, so gearing up takes minutes, not a commute.
A natural stone pool surrounded by tropical plants, for downtime between dives.
Free Wi-Fi and drinking water all day, bedding and towels in every room, and an honesty bar for guests.
AC rooms with private bathrooms, plus fan doubles, singles and dorm beds with shared bathrooms.
Share a meal after the dives and try the coffee we roast ourselves.
Around the resort

From dorm beds to air-conditioned rooms, a short walk from the water.
About 12 m² including the private bathroom, with a double bed and air-conditioning. Basic rooms made for sleeping, with not much space, but they do the job, and a great choice for solo travellers who don’t want to pay for a bigger room. For more comfort, choose a Deluxe room.
About 28 m² with air-conditioning and a private bathroom. The Deluxe Double has a king-size bed; the Deluxe Twin has two single beds. For when you only want the best.
Our current direct rates per night. Rooms are priced per room and dorm beds per bed. Rates are for the room only, so meals aren't included; our restaurant is on site.

Training as a Divemaster or Instructor with us? Ask about accommodation during your training. Divemaster trainees can stay at monthly rates; see Divemaster training or Go Pro.
You can find our rooms on booking websites, but booking with us directly has a few advantages.
The rates on this page are our direct rates, with no booking site in between. Your room and your diving go in one enquiry and one quote, so your Dauin dives, Apo Island day and airport transfer are planned together. If your plans change, you get your deposit back in full when you cancel 15 days or more before arrival. And from your first message to your last dive, you deal with our team here in Dauin, by email or on WhatsApp.
Rooms booked through a booking website follow that website's cancellation terms instead.
We host dive clubs, dive centres and groups of friends, with rooms, diving, meals and transfers planned together in one proposal.

Restaurant & coffee
Our on-site restaurant and home-roasted coffee are part of life at Bongo. Take a break from planning, share a meal with your dive buddy, or join us for a coffee between dives.
Having a restaurant on site doesn’t mean meals are included with your room. Your quote will set out which meals, if any, are included.
Power cuts happen in the area from time to time, but you won’t be left waiting in the dark. Our standby generator switches on automatically when the power goes, and off again when it’s back.
Yes. Booking websites such as Booking.com add their commission on top of the room price, so it’s cheaper to book directly with us. Send us your dates through our trip builder or by email, and we’ll confirm availability.
Yes, we have an on-site restaurant, and we serve our own home-roasted coffee. You can include questions about meals, or any dietary requirements, in your trip enquiry. More about our restaurant & coffee.
Yes. We can arrange a private van for excursions around Negros Oriental on your non-diving days.
Of course. Children stay free of charge when they share an existing bed; we only charge if a child needs an extra bed. Our Deluxe Double and Deluxe Twin rooms can take an extra bed (the Budget Aircon room is too small for one). Let us know how many of you are travelling, and the children's ages, when you enquire, and we'll confirm the best room set-up.
Meals are not included in our room rates. Our standard meals are around PHP 200–500 each. Complimentary drinking water is available throughout the day, and our honesty bar is open to all guests. You’re welcome to eat at our on-site restaurant and try our home-roasted coffee during your stay; just ask us about meal options when you plan your trip.
Not at all. Non-diving partners, friends and family are warmly welcome to stay with us.
