What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us, for example through our contact form, our trip builder or by email. This can include:

  • your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number
  • your travel dates, the number of people travelling and your room, diving, course and transfer choices
  • your diving experience or certification level
  • anything else you write in your message, such as dietary requirements you choose to share

Please don’t send us detailed medical information through the website. If a course or activity needs a medical questionnaire, we’ll arrange that with you separately.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare your quote, organise your booking and stay, and keep the records we need to run our business. We don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it’s needed to provide what you’ve asked for, for example to arrange a transfer or to register a PADI certification. Forms on this website are processed by our website provider, Webflow, and delivered to our email.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer your enquiry, provide your booking and meet our record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Email ask@divebongo.com. You also have rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to show us how visitors use the website (for example, which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from), so we can improve it. Google Analytics only runs if you choose “Accept” in the cookie message; if you choose “No thanks”, it isn’t loaded.
